Neurilemmoma of the foot

This case reviews a neurilemmoma discovered beneath the second metatarsal in an adult male. Its anatomic appearance is illustrated with the assistance of magnetic resonance imaging. Histologic sections are also analyzed, and characteristic cellular patterns depicted.
