Complete atrioventricular block during ablation of atrial flutter

A rare complication during atrial flutter ablation caused complete atrioventricular block due to right coronary artery occlusion. Prompt recanalization restored normal heart rhythm, highlighting an exceptional event in radiofrequency catheter ablation.
