Intermittent MTII application evokes repeated anorexia and robust fat and weight loss

Intermittent melanotan II (MTII) therapy preserves anorectic responses but does not prevent tachyphylaxis. Constant MTII blunts further food response, yet both methods significantly reduce weight and adiposity.
