Summary

Idiopathic hirsutism is the most frequent cause in Kashmir, though polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), hypothyroidism, and congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) are also observed. This study analyzed hirsutism patterns in 35 patients using the Ferriman Gallwey score.
