Summary

Total talus dislocation, a rare high-energy trauma injury without fractures, can lead to joint degeneration. This case highlights successful open reduction, preserving talar stability and preventing avascular necrosis.

  • Open reduction was performed due to unsuccessful closed reduction.
  • Post-operative follow-up included clinical and radiological assessment at 6 months.
