Comprehensive Osteopathic Medical Licensing Examination (COMLEX)-USA scores only predict 62.3% of the variance in United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE)-1 scores. These licensing examination scores are not interchangeable for emergency medicine residency applicants.
