Thyroxine replacement during super-ovulation for in vitro fertilization: a potential gap in management?

Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) levels increased to hypothyroid ranges in two women undergoing super-ovulation for in vitro fertilization (IVF), despite initial euthyroid status. This highlights a potential management gap for women on thyroxine replacement therapy during IVF cycles.
