Summary

This study reveals significant differences in T-cell large granular leukemia between Asian and Western patients. Asian patients more commonly experience anemia due to pure red cell aplasia, while Western patients show higher rates of neutropenia, splenomegaly, rheumatoid arthritis, and infections.
