Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by persistent inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. Conclusions:

  • A combination of cognitive markers—sustained attention, impulsivity, inhibition, intrusions, and response variability—forms a valid signature for ADHD.
  • This cognitive signature significantly enhances diagnostic accuracy for ADHD.
  • The proposed markers provide an objective framework to support clinical decisions and monitor intervention outcomes in ADHD.
