Abstract:
The generation of linear arrays with a kinoform is considered to be a stochastic process that produces intensity values drawn from some underlying population. Samples obtained by calculating the output of specific N-point kinoforms are subjected to various nonparametric statistical tests in order to determine some of the properties of this process.
