The LN2 monoclonal antibody effectively distinguishes precursor B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) from precursor T-cell ALL in bone marrow biopsies. This antibody is a valuable tool for diagnosing different types of ALL.

  • This immunophenotypic approach using LN2 can aid in the accurate diagnosis and subclassification of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
  • The findings suggest broader applicability of this antibody panel in distinguishing lymphoid leukemias from lymphomas.
