Background:

Primary carcinoma of the frontal sinus is an exceptionally rare malignancy.
The specific causes (aetiology) of this tumor are not well understood.

Observation:

This rare cancer presents significant diagnostic and therapeutic challenges.

Findings:

Even with timely diagnosis and aggressive surgical intervention, the prognosis for patients with primary frontal sinus carcinoma is consistently poor.

Implications:

Further research into the aetiology of frontal sinus tumors is warranted.
Improved diagnostic strategies and novel therapeutic approaches are needed to enhance patient outcomes.
