Background:

Mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP) encompasses chronic autoimmune subepithelial blistering diseases affecting various mucous membranes.
This case report focuses on a 53-year-old male with multiple MMP manifestations, including ocular, urinary, nasal, and laryngeal symptoms.

Observation:

The patient presented with a 4-year history of cicatricial pemphigoid, characterized by nasal obstruction and dysphonia.
Nasal endoscopy revealed crusting and synechiae, while CT showed sinus obstruction. Laryngoscopy identified laryngeal synechiae.

Functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) was performed to address nasal synechiae and inflammatory material, followed by nasal splint insertion.
