Standardizing antegrade cerebral perfusion (ACP) flow rates in neonatal heart surgery is crucial. A rate between 30-50 mL/kg/min for ACP closely matches standard cardiopulmonary bypass conditions, optimizing cerebral blood flow and oxygenation.
