Is MARS system enough for A. phalloides-induced liver failure treatment?

Molecular Absorbents Recirculating System (MARS) therapy shows promise for Amanita phalloides-induced liver failure, reducing ammonia and improving liver enzymes. However, it is not a standalone cure and survival depends on other factors.
