A population genetic hidden Markov model for detecting genomic regions under selection

We developed a population genetics hidden Markov model (popGenHMM) to identify genomic regions under recent selection using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) frequency data. This model shows promise for analyzing population genomics data and detecting selection.
