Summary

Psoriatic arthritis patients show higher bone turnover markers, including osteoprotegerin (OPG) and bone alkaline phosphatase (Bone-ALP), with a negative correlation to receptor activator of NF-kappa B ligand (RANKL). This suggests a complex bone remodeling process in the disease.
