Ultra-structural changes at the apical stop irradiated with CO2 laser.

This study investigated CO(2) laser effects on dentine at the apical stop during root canal preparation. Higher laser potency (5W) caused significant ultra-structural changes, including dentine fusion and apical foramen sealing.
