  • Twenty women (mean age 22.4 years) participated.
  • Repeated measures ANOVA compared physiological variables (arterial pressure, heart rate, respiratory sinus arrhythmia, respiratory rate) between computerized and verbal Stroop tests and across test phases (baseline, Stroop 1, Stroop 3).
