Abstract:
One case of cervical pregnancy is reported. There was no involvement of the ectocervix. Primary diagnosis was missed abortion. Dilatation and curretage led to massive haemorrhage, and it was necessary to amputate the uterus. The author discusses diagnosis and treatment.
