Management for the AD nursing student

Patient care management skills and practices can be some of the most challenging and difficult skills for nursing students. New graduates often are placed in positions of team leader, primary nurse, or charge nurse within six months of graduation. Nursing educators struggle to teach real world management skills in order to prepare students for this reality.
