Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the reliability of estimating MPA AUC0-6 by pooling blood samples from multiple time points.
  • To determine if a simplified sampling strategy can maintain accuracy in MPA AUC0-6 determination.

  • Eighty 6-hour pharmacokinetic profiles were analyzed from patients on mycophenolate mofetil.
