Suprasellar/pineal bifocal germ cell tumors (SPBT) are a distinct entity. These non-disseminated tumors showed complete remission with standard treatments, similar to unifocal germ cell tumors.

- Simultaneous tumors in the suprasellar and pineal regions without dissemination define suprasellar/pineal bifocal germ cell tumors (SPBT).

- To differentiate SPBT from disseminated GCT.

- SPBT prognosis and treatment response are comparable to unifocal GCT.
