[Myxoid lipoma of the larynx]

The authors present the clinical history of a woman who was hospitalized in the Dr. Arnulfo Arias Madrid Hospital with dysphonia and progressive dyspnea, even at rest, for six months. Using a lateral laryngeal exposure a laringeal supraglottic mass was resected. The pre-operative diagnosis was laryngocoele and the histopathologic diagnosis was "mixoid lipoma".
