    Abstract:

    The paper is concerned with the long-term results of therapy of 68 laryngopharyngeal cancer patients at advanced stages. The 3-year survival after a radical split course of gamma-beam therapy was 29 +/- 7.7%. A degree of tumor cell differentiation made no effect on therapeutic results.
