[A note on surgical technics. The treatment of pilonidal disease in the chronic phase. Our methodology]

The authors propose a method of suturing the wound caused by the removal of pilonidal cysts and fistulas. The technique is noninvasive, uses a minimum amount of foreign material, and places the margins of the wound under very slight tension.
