Rotational analysis of CO2 bands near 4 microm
Abstract:
The rotational constants of bands of (16)O(12)C(17)O and (16)O(12)C(18)O near 2600 cm(-1) have been estimated by spectral curve fitting. These constants predict the positions of all but the weakest lines with an estimated accuracy of 0.003 cm-(1). They are in reasonable agreement with other published values, although some of these do not predict the observed line positions satisfactorily. The causes of these disagreements are discussed.
