Giant PICA aneurysm presenting as intractable hiccups

Intractable hiccups in a young woman were caused by a giant posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA) aneurysm compressing the brainstem. Surgical removal of the PICA aneurysm resolved the persistent hiccups.
