Menopausal hormone therapy does not play a major role in left ventricular hypertrophy

Menopausal hormone therapy (MHT) use showed no significant association with reduced risk of left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in women after adjusting for confounding factors. Lifestyle differences may explain previous findings suggesting a protective effect of MHT on LVH.
