[Chromoduodenoscopy in the diagnosis of acute cholecystitis]

The author suggested chromofibroduodenoscopy for the recognition of cystic duct patency in patients with acute cholecystitis. The method has certain advantages over the accelerated chromatic duodenal catheterization. Approbation of the method in the clinic showed its high informativeness on the condition of the cystic duct, which is very important in choosing the surgical tactics in acute cholecystitis, in determining the indications for the operation in particular. Complications associated with the use of the method were not encountered.
