  • Chest CT revealed thin-walled pulmonary cysts in both lungs.
  • Cerebral MRI showed cortical tubers and calcified subependymal nodules.

Findings:

  • The patient was diagnosed with tuberous sclerosis, including lymphangioleiomyomatosis, cortical tubers, calcified subependymal nodules, and renal angiomyolipomas.
  • Pulmonary cysts were an incidental finding in an otherwise asymptomatic patient.
