- Cerebrospinal fluid analysis indicated acellular fluid with elevated protein levels.
Findings:
- The patient's presentation and electrodiagnostic findings were consistent with a demyelinating polyneuropathy.
- Elevated cerebrospinal fluid protein without pleocytosis suggested an inflammatory or demyelinating process.
- Significant improvement in strength and gait, with resolution of sensory symptoms, was observed 2 months post-treatment.
