Changes in head and neck posture using an office chair with and without lumbar roll support

Adjusting office chair backrest angle and using a lumbar roll significantly improves head and neck posture. These ergonomic adjustments, particularly a 110-degree recline with lumbar support, enhance sagittal alignment and may reduce neck pain risk.
