Abstract:
The analysis of the clinical and cost efficiency on application of unilateral spinal anesthesia in urology by hyperbaric bupivacaine solution is carried out. It is shown the possibility of usage presented method on kidney and upper third of ureter surgery and considerably reduces the anesthesia costs as compared to endotracheal anesthesia.
