TNF polymorphisms in patients with Behçet disease: a meta-analysis

- No statistically significant associations were observed for the -308A and -863A polymorphisms.
Conclusions:
- Behçet's disease is associated with specific tumor necrosis factor (TNF) gene promoter polymorphisms, namely -1031C, -238A, and -857T.
- These findings highlight the role of TNF gene variations in the susceptibility to Behçet's disease across diverse ethnic populations.
