This study highlights a rare nasal osteogenic chondrosarcoma, a bone cancer that can mimic benign nasal polyps. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for managing this challenging condition.

Osteosarcomas and chondrosarcomas are common jaw bone malignancies.
Nasal osteogenic chondrosarcoma is an exceptionally rare variant.

Observation:

A middle-aged woman presented with nasal blockade and mucopurulent discharge.
Clinical evaluation suggested an antrochoanal polyp, necessitating further investigation.

Findings:

Histopathological examination confirmed a diagnosis of osteogenic chondrosarcoma.
The tumor presented with features mimicking benign sinonasal conditions.

Implications:

Osteogenic chondrosarcoma, though rare, can affect nasal bones.
This tumor poses diagnostic challenges due to its resemblance to benign lesions and potential for recurrence.
