Infectious crystalline keratopathy caused by Streptococcus Abiotrophia defectiva

This study reports the first case of infectious crystalline keratopathy caused by Streptococcus Abiotrophia defectiva. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) confirmed the bacteria in a corneal graft, highlighting its diagnostic utility.
