Subtalar arthroscopy using a 2.4-mm zero-degree arthroscope shows promising results for treating subtalar joint disorders. Patients experienced significant improvements in American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) hindfoot scores within 3-6 months post-procedure.
