Summary

Bing-Neel syndrome (BNS), a rare intracranial manifestation of Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM), can involve the orbit and optic nerves. Prompt diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment strategy, including chemotherapy and stem cell transplant, led to resolution of neuro-ophthalmic symptoms.
