Abstract:
Reconstructive operations were made on AFS of 264 patients. The number of operated extremities with high peripheral resistance was almost 2 times less than with normal. When the operations on AFS were supplemented by operations of "outflow" the peripheral vascular resistance (PVR) in the arterial bed of the extremities was reliably rarer. The results of operations with high PVR are reliably worse. Operations of "outflow" considerably improve long-term results of AFS reconstructions.
