Background:

  • The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI) is a widely used psychological assessment tool.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To investigate the influence of gender on the accuracy of eight MMPI short forms.

  • Analyzed MMPI responses from 318 male and 248 female adolescent psychiatric patients (aged 12-17).
