Summary

New 3D dynamic magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) on a 3T scanner effectively identifies cranial dural arteriovenous fistulae and angiomas. This advanced MRA technique aids in neurointerventional planning and may reduce the need for invasive diagnostic angiography.
