Duloxetine reduces morphine requirements after knee replacement surgery

Duloxetine, a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, significantly reduced morphine use after knee replacement surgery. This approach to multimodal analgesia offers effective pain management without increasing adverse effects.
