Abstract:
Osteomas are non-malignant tumours made of bone with sclerosis in some degree which are seen inside the bones or sticking out of them. They are not very frequent but it is not rare to see them in the paranasal cavity, specially in the frontal sinus, and they are very frequent in the temporal bone. It is presented a case through which a bibliographic review of these tumours in these places is made.
