Inter- and intra-observer variability in the echocardiographic evaluation of right ventricular function

Summary
Echocardiography reliably assesses right ventricular systolic function using tricuspid annular plane systolic excursion (TAPSE) and peak systolic velocity. Other methods showed poor reproducibility in patients with mitral valvulopathy.
