Novel 2'-hydroxylfurylchalcones: synthesis and biological activity

Twelve new 2'-hydroxylfurylchalcones were synthesized using an eco-friendly method. These compounds show promising herbicidal activity against various crops, suggesting potential for developing new weed control agents.
