Summary

This case report details a rare nasopharyngeal chondrolipoma, a benign tumor. We present its successful excision using a novel endonasal approach, offering a new minimally invasive treatment option.

  • This report describes the second known case of a nasopharyngeal chondrolipoma.
  • The patient presented with symptoms related to the tumor's location in the nasopharynx.

  • Successful surgical excision of the nasopharyngeal chondrolipoma was achieved.
  • An endonasal approach for excision of a nasopharyngeal chondrolipoma was utilized for the first time.
  • Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of chondrolipoma.
