The effectiveness of current open (competitive) employment programs is uncertain.
Need for understanding user experiences within these programs.

To describe the open employment support experiences of a newly graduated professional with a disability.
To analyze these experiences against principles of effective employment support.
To identify gaps in current supported employment models.
