Abstract:
The authors investigated methods of current differential diagnosis and pathogenetic therapy in 368 patients with initial forms of cerebrovascular pathology. These were methods allowing to elucidate the mechanisms of development of cerebrovascular pathology, the degree of decompensation and to control treatment efficacy. The differences in the course of treatment are shown depending on the etiology, sex. The lipid and protein metabolism, state of the venous pressure, vegetative balance are analyzed.
