Abstract:
This study aims to assess the implementation degree of the Hospital Urgency Care Qualification Program (Qualisus) in three high complexity hospitals of Recife municipality, Pernambuco State. A normative assessment was conducted based on structural and work process attributes concerning to user rights and embracement and to health services diagnostic and therapeutic resolubility. The program implementation degree was evaluated as intermediate at the three hospitals. Results referred to the implementation degree of program actions are described and discussed in detail in this article.
